Ben Silver — Director of Cricket
Ben holds an ECB Level 4 Specialist Coach certification and brings nearly a decade of professional experience. He previously served as Head Coach of the England Physical Disability Squad and has worked across men's, women's, and disability cricket programmes. He is also an ECB Coach Developer with Level 3 Performance Analysis credentials, emphasising data-informed coaching methods.
Abhishek Saha — Senior Cricket Coach
With over 10 years of coaching experience, Abhishek works with both elite and developing players. He holds ICC Level 2 and Cricket Australia Level 1 certifications, and his methodology emphasises building strong fundamentals, game awareness, and quality learning environments for junior and senior cricketers.
Roy Bishal — Excellence Cricket Coach
A former state-level cricketer, Roy is ICC Level 2 certified with 4+ years of professional coaching experience. He specialises in modern batting and spin bowling techniques, employing game-scenario simulations and personalised feedback for player development.
Saket Kumar — Development Coach
Saket is ICC qualified and specialises in sidearm throwdowns and fielding skills. Currently mentored by Ben Silver, he designs training scenarios that help players sharpen their skills, improve decision-making, and build confidence.
